After studying History and an MBA program Caroline has
worked for several clients in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany in
the field of productivity improvement and Continuous Improvement. In
2000 she moved to the Telecom sector, where she gained a broad
experience as service manager, product manager, implementation manager
and supply chain manager. Among others with different forms of crisis
management and continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
