After Jacob rounded off his studies of Information
Systems in 1991, Jacob started in the EDP audit field within the
telecommunications industry. After several years he moved to positions
as analyst, consultant, designer and architect. He built up a broad
knowledge with CRM, billing, payment and collection management in a
telecom context.
