Wim Slagboom
Consultant/Process Manager
After studying Technology Management, Wim worked in
telecommunications since 1996. He started at EnerTel and subsequently
worked as a consultant in process management and service delivery in a
number of other telecom start-ups in the Netherlands. By Ben / T-Mobile,
Wim gained extensive knowledge and experience with processes in
activation, retention, customer care and billing. With that knowledge he
now helps similar companies to create or restore their processes.
